Distributing Funds

The Development Foundation maintains separate accounting records and bank accounts apart from the university. Processing information for campus account holders is provided on this page.

Scholarship funds are transferred to student recipients through the financial aid office. Please see the Scholarship Distributions policy.

Fund transfers and requests for payment require a disbursement authorization. Please see Obtaining Funds From Non-Scholarship Accounts policy.

To establish a new endowment contact Kimberly Garrett, Endowment Compliance @ 512-245-2921.

Monthly reports are delivered to development officers as they are completed. Please contact your college development officer for information. You may also contact Keith Lauderdale in the foundation office at kl17@txstate.edu or 512-245-3860.
